Excellent service!

Only real issue with our new house was the chimney, which was in rough shape. I called Always Affordable Chimney late Friday afternoon and spoke with Chris who was very friendly on the phone. He told me they could send someone out first thing the next morning so it was a go.

Saturday morning the crew showed up (Tommy, Wilfredo and Nick) right on time as promised. They got right to work resetting and re-pointing the loose bricks up top, and they told me they’d run to do some other jobs to give the concrete a chance to set then they’d be back to finish the job.

They came back a few hours later just as promised, after braving a snow storm up in Westchester and heavy rains down this way. They cleaned out the remains of the old clay liner which was completely disintegrated, installed a new stainless steel liner and tee which is guaranteed for life and brought back a custom stainless steel double cap for both flues. And these parts are guaranteed for the life of my house.
